AZ HB2005

Amends section 15-342.02 to remove references to "dating abuse" from school district policies addressing abuse involving students.

Repeals the existing section 15-712.01 and replaces it with a new provision that prohibits school districts from providing instruction or advice to students on dating.

Maintains the ability of school district governing boards to prescribe and enforce policies addressing incidents of abuse at school, but eliminates dating-specific instruction.
