Requires the state board of education to mandate a separate personal finance course meeting the requirements of section 15-720.02 as a graduation requirement for Arizona high schools.

Allows school district governing boards to approve a personal finance course that fulfills a mathematics course requirement for high school graduation.

Appropriates $1,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the department of education to distribute to school districts and charter schools for implementing personal finance courses.
