Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-516 to expand teacher immunity protections for full-time teachers employed by school districts or charter schools.

Provides immunity from personal liability for acts taken in good faith when evaluating or grading students.

Provides immunity from personal liability for acts taken in good faith when disciplining students, provided the discipline is in accordance with law.

Applies to all acts done and actions taken in good faith in both evaluation/grading and discipline contexts.
