Allows any school district employee (not just superintendents or principals) to travel for school purposes as determined by a majority board vote, with reimbursement following state travel rules.

Authorizes school district governing boards to purchase trainings or policies from associations of school districts within Arizona, with such purchases becoming school district property upon payment.

Permits boards to budget annually for additional training or policy updates from associations, with updates becoming school district property upon payment.

Makes technical corrections to existing law regarding school district discretionary powers, including grammar and terminology updates throughout Section 15-342 of Arizona Revised Statutes.
