AZ HB2033

Establishes a statewide prohibition on school districts and other entities establishing or operating community school programs in Arizona.

Defines "community school program" as programs involving academic/skill development, supervised recreation, remedial education, community meeting places, and extended day resource programs.

Repeals Title 15, Chapter 10, Article 3 of Arizona Revised Statutes (existing community school program statutes).

Removes references to community school program funding from school district governing board discretionary powers and school facilities funding provisions.

Makes conforming amendments to career technical education district provisions and school facilities adequacy standards.
