Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 8-802 regarding Department of Child Safety (DCS) workers and their conduct requirements.

Requires child safety workers to have or apply for a valid fingerprint clearance card and certify whether they have been convicted of or are awaiting trial on criminal offenses listed in Section 41-1758.07.

Prohibits child safety workers, child welfare investigations workers, and their supervisors from knowingly making false statements regarding cases, falsifying case records, or withholding exculpatory evidence from persons alleged to have committed abuse or neglect.

Maintains existing criminal penalty of class 2 misdemeanor for anyone who alters a client file for purposes of fraud or misrepresentation.
