Amends section 8-807 of Arizona Revised Statutes to add a new subsection W allowing a parent to authorize disclosure of DCS (Department of Child Safety) information concerning that parent.

Maintains existing confidentiality protections for DCS information while creating an exception that permits parents to voluntarily waive confidentiality of their own information.

Does not allow a parent's authorization to waive confidentiality protections for information concerning other persons, such as children or other parents.

Renumbers subsequent subsections from W and X to X and Y to accommodate the new parental authorization provision.
