Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 5, Chapter 6, Article 1 by adding section 5-601.01 regarding Tribal gaming facilities.

Requires gaming facilities to provide a separate machine (distinct from cashier windows) for paying out winnings and returning all credited or deposited monies that were not wagered.

Machine must handle all denominations including amounts less than $1.

Effective only upon affirmative vote of at least three-fourths of the members of each house of the legislature, as required by Arizona Constitution Article IV, Part 1, Section 1.
