Amends Arizona law to restrict execution of arrest warrants for juveniles to hours between 6:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. each day unless the court orders otherwise for good cause.

Applies the same time restriction to arrest warrants issued under Arizona Revised Statutes section 8-386.01, requiring courts to state whether arrest warrants apply to juvenile offenses.

Modifies section 8-303 governing temporary custody of juveniles to incorporate the new daytime-only arrest warrant execution requirement.

Courts retain authority to order execution of juvenile arrest warrants outside the restricted hours when they determine good cause exists.
