Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 38-431.03 to add school safety as a permitted topic for executive sessions.

Allows public bodies to hold closed executive sessions to discuss or consider matters relating to school safety operations, school safety plans, or school safety programs.

Maintains existing confidentiality requirements for executive session minutes and discussions, with limited exceptions for public body members, affected employees, auditors, and law enforcement.

Designated as an emergency measure that becomes operative immediately upon passage.
