Establishes that physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants performing pelvic examinations on anesthetized or unconscious patients must obtain prior informed consent from the patient.

Permits pelvic examinations without separate informed consent if the examination is within the scope of an already-consented surgical or diagnostic procedure.

Allows pelvic examinations on unconscious patients without prior consent when medically necessary and required for diagnostic purposes.

Permits pelvic examinations without prior consent when they are forensic medical examinations requested by law enforcement to secure evidence of criminal offenses under Arizona Title 13, Chapter 14.

Classifies violation of these requirements as unprofessional conduct subject to disciplinary action.
