Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-2907 to add medically necessary chiropractic services as a covered health and medical service under AHCCCS, subject to CMS approval.

Allows primary care physicians or primary care practitioners to initially order up to 20 chiropractic visits annually per member, with authorization available for additional visits if medically necessary.

Prohibits using hospital assessment fund monies to pay for the chiropractic services covered under this amendment.

Requires AHCCCS administration to adopt rules prescribing qualifying conditions, provider qualifications, and to track utilization and cost savings from chiropractic services.

Requires AHCCCS to report findings to the governor, senate president, and house speaker by January 21, 2023, with the chiropractic coverage provision repealing June 30, 2023.
