Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 38-431.03 to add a new category (paragraph 8) allowing public bodies to hold executive sessions to discuss security plans, procedures, assessments, measures or systems relating to building or facility security and safety, and information technology security.

Makes records, documentation, notes, or other materials created during these security-related executive sessions confidential and exempt from public disclosure under Arizona open records laws.

Defines "information technology" using the same meaning as prescribed in Section 18-101 of Arizona law.

Changes procedural language from "Upon a public majority vote" to "On a public majority vote" and updates pronoun usage throughout the statute for consistency.
