Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-5001 to prohibit the state and its political subdivisions from accepting consular identification cards issued by foreign governments as valid identification.

Removes language that previously allowed consular identification cards to be accepted as valid forms of identification.

Applies the prohibition statewide to all state agencies and local government entities in Arizona.
