Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 33-1256 and 33-1807 regarding liens and billing for condominiums and planned communities.

Allows unit owners and members to waive receipt of periodic statements of account by providing written notice to the association, and permits them to reinstate receipt by providing written notice.

Specifies that associations are not required to provide statements of account if there is no amount due or if the owner/member has waived the right to receive them.

Applies to condominiums and planned communities with 50 or more units/lots or that contract with third-party management services, effective January 1, 2020.
