Defines "medically accurate" as information verified by peer-reviewed research, recognized as accurate by leading professional organizations, and published in peer-reviewed journals when appropriate.

Requires instruction on laws relating to sexual conduct with a minor for pupils in grades 7-12, and mandates school districts notify parents of their ability to withdraw pupils from sex education instruction.
