Amends Arizona law to replace the term "sex" with "gender" on driver license and nonoperating identification license applications.

Allows applicants to select their gender as female, male, or nonbinary on driver licenses, with nonbinary selection requiring submission of a signed affidavit to the Department of Transportation.

Requires driver licenses to include the licensee's selected gender designation in the brief description section of the license.

Extends the same gender designation options (female, male, or nonbinary) to nonoperating identification licenses with the same affidavit requirement for nonbinary selection.
