Imposes a civil penalty of up to $1,000 for each violation of the do-not-call list requirement.

Requires sellers to accurately identify themselves on caller identification when making telephone solicitation calls to residential or cellular telephones in Arizona.

Maintains existing requirements for sellers to disclose their legal name, address, telephone number, and the consumer's right to cancel within three business days of receiving merchandise.
