Amends Arizona law to require that information submitted for an individual's birth certificate must indicate the person's sex as either male or female.

Applies the sex designation requirement to all birth certificates, including those for foundlings (abandoned children).

For foundlings, requires that the sex be indicated as either male or female when information is submitted about the child.

Makes conforming changes to sections 36-333 and 36-335 of Arizona Revised Statutes relating to birth certificate registration procedures.
