Prohibits public schools from requiring school superintendents, principals, teachers, or other school employees to use a sex or gender pronoun for students that differs from the pronoun corresponding to the sex listed on the student's birth certificate.

Prohibits public schools from penalizing school employees for refusing to use a sex or gender pronoun for students other than the pronoun that matches the sex on the student's birth certificate.
