Amends section 12-115 to expand the Arizona lengthy trial fund, renaming it the "Arizona lengthy trial and digital evidence fund" to include digital evidence storage and display costs.

Adds language allowing the additional filing and court fees collected under section 12-115 to support digital evidence management in addition to juror compensation.

Modifies section 21-222 to specify that if sufficient monies remain in the fund after paying jurors who serve more than five days, remaining funds may be used for storage of digital evidence and facilitating its display to juries and courts at trials.

Maintains existing provisions for juror earnings replacement or supplementation between $40 and $300 per day for jurors serving longer than five days, with priority given to juror payments before digital evidence costs.

Updates statutory language to clarify fund administration by the supreme court and establish priorities: juror compensation payments first, then digital evidence expenses if funds are available.
