Requires tanning facilities to post conspicuous signage stating it is unlawful to allow minors to use tanning devices.

Mandates tanning facilities maintain customer records for at least two years, including name, age, date and time of use, duration of use, and any resulting injuries or illnesses.

Prohibits tanning facilities from advertising or distributing promotional materials claiming tanning devices are safe, free from risk, or provide medical or health benefits.

Exempts personal use of tanning devices in private residences from the restrictions in the act.
