Prohibits Arizona counties, cities, towns, and other political subdivisions from declaring themselves sanctuary jurisdictions.

Defines a sanctuary jurisdiction as any jurisdiction with an ordinance, policy, rule, or practice that prohibits or restricts government entities from sharing immigration or citizenship status information with federal, state, or local authorities.

Defines a sanctuary jurisdiction as any jurisdiction that restricts compliance with lawful detainer requests or release notifications from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security under the Immigration and Nationality Act.

Provides an exception allowing jurisdictions to withhold immigration information and restrict compliance with DHS detainer requests solely when the individual is a victim or witness to a criminal offense.
