Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 44-1443 and 44-1460 to modify trademark, service mark, and trade name registration requirements with the Secretary of State.

Requires applicants for trademark or service mark registration to include a statement confirming they conducted a search and found the mark does not resemble other registered marks in Arizona in a way that would cause confusion or deception.

Requires applicants for trademark or service mark registration to disclose whether they previously sought registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and, if denied, the reasons for denial.

Requires applicants for trade name registration to include a statement confirming they conducted a search and found the trade name is distinguishable from other names on file with the Secretary of State and from existing corporate names.

Makes technical changes to standardize email address formatting and update gender-specific language in registration application provisions.
