Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 38-431.03 to allow public bodies to hold executive sessions to discuss matters relating to school safety operations, school safety plans, programs, and emergency response plans.

Permits executive sessions for discussions or consultations regarding security plans, procedures, assessments, measures, or systems relating to the security or safety of buildings, facilities, and information technology maintained by public bodies.

Makes records, documentation, notes, and other materials created during security and safety executive sessions confidential and exempt from public disclosure under state law.

Changes grammatical references in the statute from "which" to "that" in two locations.
