Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 9-418 to change the deadline for library trustees' annual reports from the first Monday of July to the second Monday of July each year.

Requires trustees to report to the governing body of the city or town on property, money received, usage, and expenditures.

Requires reporting on book inventory including volumes on hand, additions during the year, losses or missing items, and lending statistics.

Allows trustees to include any other statistics, information, and suggestions of general interest in the annual report.

Requires the board secretary to submit a verified financial report showing all receipts and disbursements of money.
