Prohibits hunting or concealing oneself within 100 yards of natural water holes, stockponds, or other man-made watering facilities that contain water.

Prohibits field dressing (processing) of taken wildlife within 100 yards of these same water sources.

Allows landowners or lessees of private land to post notices or signs informing people of these prohibited activities.

Authorizes the Game and Fish Commission to impose civil penalties of up to $250 for violations of these restrictions.
