Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 32-1201.01 and 32-1202 to expand the scope of dental practice and modify professional conduct standards.

Expands the definition of dental practice to explicitly include administering botulinum toxin and dermal fillers as permissible procedures for dentists.

Adds a new form of unprofessional conduct (paragraph 32) prohibiting dental therapists from providing services or procedures that exceed their authorized scope of practice or exceed procedures authorized in their written collaborative practice agreement.

Makes minor grammatical and technical corrections to existing unprofessional conduct provisions, including revisions to language regarding drug use, unlicensed personnel employment, and supervisory obligations.
