Amends Arizona law to require monetary judgments awarded to incarcerated or previously incarcerated persons to first pay outstanding restitution, medical care costs, and incarceration costs before the person receives payment.

Prioritizes payment order: outstanding restitution is paid first, followed by incarceration costs and medical care costs from any remaining balance.

Requires the entity satisfying the judgment to transfer restitution funds to the clerk of superior court and provide case information including the judgment copy, defendant name, case number, and transferring entity details.

Defines "medical care costs" as costs incurred by the state for a person's medical care while incarcerated that are directly attributable to an injury suffered while engaged in productive work in state or private prisons as part of the prison industries program or under contract work.
