Repeals section 41-3020.21, Arizona Revised Statutes, and adds new section 41-3030.21 to establish a sunset date for the state auditor general position.

Sets July 1, 2030 as the termination date for the state auditor general, with related statutes (Title 41, chapter 7, articles 10.1 and 10.2) repealing on January 1, 2031.

Continues the state auditor general to conduct sunset reviews of agencies, audits, special audits, and postaudits of government units through the termination date.

Applies retroactively from July 1, 2020.
