Requires high school graduates to complete three STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) credits separate from required laboratory science and mathematics courses, with at least two STEM credits requiring Algebra 1 as a prerequisite.

Mandates that all high school students take at least one online course as a graduation requirement.

Requires the Arizona Board of Regents to ensure university admissions requirements are consistent with high school graduation requirements prescribed in section 15-701.01 for students entering high school on or after the effective date.

Applies only to students who enter high school on or after the effective date of the act.
