Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-326 regarding the capacity of school district governing boards to sue, be sued, and hold property.

Changes the language from "shall" to "may" regarding the governing board's ability to sue and be sued in the district name as specified in Section 15-441, subsection B.

Preserves the governing board's authority to hold and convey property for the use and benefit of the district.

Described as a technical correction to school district board provisions.
