Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-253 regarding legal opinions on school matters provided by the superintendent of public instruction.

Removes the phrase "to" before "other interested persons" in the requirement for furnishing copies of attorney general opinions relating to school matters.

Clarifies that if the attorney general revises a county attorney's opinion on school matters, the attorney general's opinion prevails over the county attorney's opinion.

Requires the attorney general to promptly furnish copies of school-related opinions to the superintendent of public instruction and establishes a 60-day deadline for the attorney general to concur, revise, or decline review of county attorney opinions.
