Repeals section 12-943 of Arizona Revised Statutes related to firearms regulations.

Amends section 12-945 to require that seized or unclaimed firearms be sold to federally licensed firearms businesses authorized to sell to the public, rather than allowing agencies to sell them directly.

Amends section 13-3108 to prohibit the state and political subdivisions from facilitating the destruction of firearms or purchasing firearms for destruction purposes, except as authorized under specific statutes.

Removes previous subsection designations (F through M become E through L) as a result of the repeal of section 12-943 and related amendments.
