Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 32-1308 relating to the state board of funeral directors and embalmers.

Adds new subsection C appropriating $55,000 and one full-time equivalent position annually from the board of funeral directors' and embalmers' fund to the board for an investigator.

Makes technical correction changing "per cent" to "percent" in existing fund deposit language.

Maintains existing provisions for fund administration, deposit of fees and penalties, and investment of monies.
