Appropriates $220,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the superintendent of public instruction for basic state aid.

Funds an increase in the base level amount established in Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-901, subsection B, paragraph 2, above what would otherwise be provided by law for fiscal year 2020-2021.

Directs the appropriation to fund salary increases for school support personnel including student food service workers, student transportation staff, and school site plant operations employees.
