Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 15-185 and 15-961 to establish automatic inflation adjustments for school funding formulas.

Requires the legislature to increase charter school additional assistance by at least 2 percent beginning in fiscal year 2020-2021, and thereafter by the greater of 2 percent or the GDP price deflator change (whichever is less), with a floor at the fiscal year 2020-2021 base level.

Requires the legislature to increase district additional assistance by at least 2 percent beginning in fiscal year 2020-2021, and thereafter by the greater of 2 percent or the GDP price deflator change (whichever is less), with a floor at the fiscal year 2020-2021 base level.

Establishes specific base amounts for charter additional assistance of $1,843.14 per student (preschool through grade 8) and $2,148.15 per student (grades 9-12) as starting points for inflation adjustments.
