Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-1750 to expand the definition of hate crimes subject to mandatory reporting by requiring collection of information on offenses manifesting prejudice based on homeless status, gender identity or expression, and age, in addition to existing categories of race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, and disability.

Requires the Department of Public Safety to collect hate crime data from criminal justice agencies regarding offenses showing evidence of prejudice based on the newly added categories of homeless status, gender identity or expression, and age.

Adds a new definition of "homeless status" as a person's lack of fixed, regular and adequate nighttime residence or use of supervised shelters, temporary institutions, or places not designed for regular sleeping accommodation, excluding persons involuntarily detained in jails or prisons.

Applies the expanded hate crime reporting requirements to all criminal justice agencies in Arizona, ensuring comprehensive data collection on crimes motivated by prejudice based on the additional protected categories.
