Appropriates $420,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the Arizona Department of Public Safety for distribution to the Navajo Nation.

Funds are designated to update the Navajo Nation's judicial public safety master plan developed by the Navajo Nation Division of Public Safety.

Appropriation must be used to assess existing facilities and implement components addressing current and future facility needs, risk assessment, and compliance with mandated standards.

Exempts the appropriation from lapsing provisions under Arizona Revised Statutes section 35-190, allowing unspent funds to carry forward.
