AZ HB2206

Prohibits school district governing boards, charter school governing bodies, and public schools from establishing dress code policies that ban students from wearing traditional tribal regalia or objects of cultural significance at graduation ceremonies.

Defines "objects of cultural significance" and "traditional tribal regalia" to include eagle feathers or eagle plumes.

Applies to all public schools in Arizona, including district schools and charter schools.

Takes effect immediately as an emergency measure.
