Amends Arizona law to require landowners or lessees of private land to post "no trespassing" signs in addition to "no hunting," "no fishing," "no trapping," or "no guiding" signs to prohibit wildlife taking and prevent criminal trespassing charges.

Adds "guiding" to the list of activities that can be prohibited on private land through proper posting, alongside hunting, fishing, and trapping.

Makes entry onto private land for taking wildlife not grounds for criminal trespassing charges unless the land is posted with "no trespassing" signs or a law enforcement officer requests the person leave.

Requires that posted notices meet specific criteria: at least 8 by 11 inches with one-inch lettering, placed at vehicular access points, property corners, and at quarter-mile intervals along boundaries.
