Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 9-246 regarding town common council financial reporting requirements.

Requires the common council to publish a complete financial statement at least 10 days before biennial elections, showing all monies received, sources of revenue, and all disbursements.

Expands publication options to include posting in a newspaper, on three or more public places in town if no newspaper exists, or on the town's website.

Adds new requirement that the financial statement must be posted on the town's website (if the town maintains one) at least 10 days before the biennial election.
