Increases appointed members of the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission from 14 to 16 members.

Changes the political party restriction from no more than 7 to no more than 8 members from the same party.

Adds two new member categories: one public defender and one victim advocate.

Maintains existing composition requirements for police chiefs, county attorneys, sheriffs, judges, mayors, supervisors, and probation officers.

Members continue to serve two-year terms with no compensation but eligible for expense reimbursement.
