Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-2907 to add diabetes outpatient self-management training services as a covered health and medical service under AHCCCS, up to 10 program hours annually.

Diabetes training services must be prescribed by a primary care practitioner and are covered when a member is initially diagnosed with diabetes or when a previously diagnosed member experiences a change in diagnosis, medical condition, treatment regimen, or is not meeting appropriate clinical outcomes.

Prohibits use of monies from the hospital assessment fund (established by section 36-2901.09) to pay for the diabetes self-management training services covered under this bill.

Makes technical corrections to section 36-2907 including relabeling subsections J through M as J through M to accommodate the new coverage requirement.
