• Amends section 41-1365 of Arizona Revised Statutes to add a new authorized use of the state monument and memorial repair fund: altering or modifying the Enduring Freedom Memorial to add additional names.

• Appropriates $21,422.91 from the state monument and memorial repair fund to the Department of Administration in fiscal year 2020-2021 for the purpose of adding names to the Enduring Freedom Memorial.

• Clarifies that the fund can be used for three purposes: maintaining/repairing/reconditioning/relocating monuments or memorials, supporting mechanical equipment in the governmental mall, and altering the Enduring Freedom Memorial.
