Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-449 to require logic and accuracy testing of automatic tabulating equipment and electronic ballot tabulating systems after election results are issued but before official canvass certification.

Testing must be conducted by the same officer who performed pre-election logic and accuracy testing, following the same procedures prescribed for pre-election testing.

Changes notice requirement language from "prior thereto" to "before the test" for the 48-hour public notice of pre-election testing time and place.

Applies postelection testing requirements to automatic tabulating equipment, electronic ballot tabulating systems, and programs to verify they correctly counted all votes for offices and measures.
