Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1080.01 to expand licensing fee waivers for initial license applications.

Waives initial licensing fees for individuals whose family income does not exceed 200 percent of the federal poverty guidelines (applies only to first-time applicants for that specific license in Arizona).

Waives initial licensing fees for active duty military service members and their spouses.

Waives initial licensing fees for veterans.

Exempts applicants under title 36, chapter 4, article 10 or chapter 28.1 from the fee waiver provisions.
