Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-1643 to increase the number of Arizona area health education centers from five to six.

New sixth center shall focus specifically on the Indian health care delivery system.

Centers remain administered by the system director appointed by the Arizona Board of Regents, with each center governed by a board of 10-20 members reflecting local health care providers and consumers.

Centers continue conducting physician and health professional education programs, recruiting minority students in health professions, and offering continuing education for health professionals.

Director maintains annual reporting requirements to the governor and legislature on fiscal status, programs, personnel placement in underserved areas, and system accomplishments.
