Amends Arizona concealed weapons permit law to allow federally licensed firearms dealers to verify permit validity through the Department of Public Safety's computerized permit record system when a person presents a permit during firearm purchase.

Grants federally licensed firearms dealers access to the Department of Public Safety's existing concealed weapons permit database to confirm permit status of customers presenting permits.

Modifies section 13-3112 to explicitly authorize permit verification by firearms dealers for firearm sale purposes, in addition to existing law enforcement access to the system.

Establishes requirement that permit validity must be confirmed through the DPS database when a purchaser presents a concealed weapons permit at the point of sale.
