Updates renewal, revocation, and oversight procedures to vest all authority for charter school administration and responsibility with the state board for charter schools.

Requires the legislative council staff to prepare conforming legislation for the 55th legislature to align Arizona Revised Statutes with these charter school sponsorship changes.
